I've taken these Diet Enzyme tablets from Ishokudogen(iSDG) for 30 days!

Firstly, I must apologise as I'm not very discipline in taking these pills. I should be taking them diligently for 30 days but in actual fact, I missed quite a couple of days in between.
Also, I must say that this is personal experience and will not be a fair or accurate gauge because of many other factor…

I'll be taking these Diet Enzyme tablets from Ishokudogen(iSDG) for 30 days!

Source: takaski.com
I've always have digestion problems. The longest I didn't go to the toilet (to poop) is 14 or 15 days! That is how bad it is. Being indigested is never fun, it's a lot of discomfort (bloating, fullness) and sometimes it comes with pain that made you just want to lay still. I…

The 3 months Tummy-Flattening Challenge! - After 3 months!

The final day of the challenge is supposed to be on the 20th of October, but I only have time to post this now.

So I would lik…

The 3 months Tummy-Flattening Challenge! 25 August Update: Apology & Parcel Walker update.

I have to apologise because I've missed 3 days of exercise. I was overseas and we're out for long hours (walking or on the car) almost everyday. When we got back to the hotel, I was too tired and lazy to move... so yeah, obviously I wasn't in the mood to exercise.

Well, I did managed to force my…

The 3 months Tummy-Flattening Challenge!

I guess that we before we get started, we need to get realistic. It's not quite possible to miraculously have a flat tummy just after 3 months! The aim of this challenge is to keep me motivated and also see how much could be achieved if I were to keep up with my planned exercise schedule.
I would admit,…

Possible 'Side-effects' of Drinking Enzymes Drink!

I've made the enzyme drinks and according to the book, it's best to drink it daily (3 times a day would be best but once is fine too).

You can mixed it with any drink that is NOT hot, or less than 45 degree Celsius or you might "kill" the enzymes.

However, there will be some unpleasant eff…

DIY Apple Enzymes Drink - Day 11 (Final Day)

DIY Apple Enzymes Drink - Day 4 - 10

There are some great changes starting the 5th day! There are bubbles as the sugar ferment and released gas.

It is recommended to swirl the bottle gently and open up to stir the mixture gently starting the 4th day. However, do not stir or swirl too hard till it bubbles too much.

The apples got all oxidised …

DIY Apple Enzymes Drink - Day 1

I've long heard of enzymes being beneficial to the body and I've bought some to drink in the past. They work in helping improve my always jammed digestion but they are expensive. So I stopped drinking them. Recently, I came across a book at a 2nd-hand store about enzymes and how they're benefici…
